What I Do

I am a leadership coach and organizational consultant. I partner with individuals and teams in discovering and implementing sustainable leadership, organizations and change initiatives that create meaningful impact in their lives and for the communities they serve. My coaching and consulting work has been deeply informed by over 27 years spent working in nonprofit organizations, such as ACLU, Planned Parenthood, Outward Bound. I have served in a wide variety of roles including financial management, human resources, communications, fundraising and executive leadership. My coaching and consulting approach are informed by my years as a trauma-informed yoga instructor. I am a certified ICF and New Ventures West Integral© coach. My specialties include leadership development, facilitation, change management, and organizational development.

What you should know about me

I have a gift for connecting the dots and seemingly unconnected things. I am a life-long learner. I believe there is no neutral. I believe when we embrace the truest parts of ourselves, we find our power. I believe in our inherent divinity. I believe liberation starts with belonging to ourselves. I believe we live in a toxic culture that conditions us not to see the toxicity and instead normalizes the absurd. I believe that racism and white supremacy cause trauma. I believe transformation requires somatic integration. I believe we must dismantle systems of white supremacy. I am a staunch feminist. I am a proud social justice warrior. And I find my solace in nature, often with my dog Mavis by my side.
